Chris Salvador, the Program Co-ordinator of the North Eastern Ontario Region (NEOR) of Swim Ontario has published their Long Course (50 m) and Short Course (25 m) "A Standard" times for the season. Also included are the pre-requisites for 14 & Under swimmers for the Dave Kensit SC Memorial Championships and the Jeno Tihanyi LC Championships. Please refer to the following links.
